Emily Ash Morin, M.D.

Dr. Morin is a board-certified ophthalmologist and brings a broad range of skill and expertise to Mitchell and Morin Eye Institute. Prior to joining M2EI in 2003, Dr. Morin served as Chief Resident at the Washington Hospital Center/Washington National Eye Center, where she gained extensive surgical experience, and where she remains a member of the teaching faculty.  Dr. Morin served on the residency selection committee for the combined Washington National Eye Center/Georgetown Ophthalmology residency program and is the current president of the Georgetown Clinical Society. Additionally, she serves on the board of the Washington National Eye Center.

Dr. Morin practices general ophthalmology with a special emphasis in cataract and refractive surgery including laser assisted cataract surgery, refractive lens exchange, and LASIK surgeries. She has extensive experience in medical, laser and surgical treatment of glaucoma.  Additionally, she is experienced in laser floater removal and certified in the cosmetic use of Botox and Juvederm. Dr. Morin and her family reside in McLean, Virginia.
